About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer (Performance and Process Analysis) at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, you will play a crucial role in optimising the company's manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence. This full-time position, based in Santa Maria, Bulacan, offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of a leading engineering and manufacturing firm.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity and product quality

  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and technology integration

  • Collect, analyse and interpret production data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues

  • Develop and implement quality control systems and metrics to ensure consistent product standards

  • Provide technical support and training to production staff to uphold best practices

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing engineer role, preferably in the process engineering/plastics industry

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing manufacturing operations

  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information

  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, tools and production processes

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
