As a performance-driven User Acquisition Manager, you will scale mobile user growth for the Mode Earn App as well as other apps.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across core paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok (SRNs/SANs), Programmatic DSPs, Rewarded Ad Networks, and more.

  • Responsible for daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROAS) of your campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to other members of the growth team, aiming to uncover actionable insights & optimizations
  • Identify and test new growth channels, networks, and strategies

Effective advertising content that captures the attention of gamers and enhances brand engagement is key to success in this role.
