Job Overview

LondaOnline Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate sales agreements that meet our company's objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Representing LondaOnline Technologies Inc. in a professional manner, showcasing our products and services to potential clients.
  • Conducting research to understand clients' needs and identifying how our solutions can meet their requirements.
  • Hiring, training, and motivating a team of sales representatives to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent service to our customers.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Generating new business leads through networking, referrals, and other means.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Fluency in English (Malay language proficiency is also desirable).]
