Job Description

The Retail Specialist for Stores is responsible for optimizing the performance of retail stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales. They play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
  • Sell all products and services to walk-in customers.
  • Perform product demonstrations.
  • Accept, screen, evaluate, and approve documents received from subscribers.
  • Practice timely and efficient customer delivery to achieve team targets.
  • Comply with agreed shift schedules and attendance policies, including pre-approval of OT.
  • Maintain a clean workplace following established 5S standards.
  • Execute functions as required by Iris system policies, including cashiering, accepting and selling stocks, and inventory management.
  • Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.
  • Encode all transactions accurately and pass on relevant information to support groups.
  • Transmit subscriber documents to the Credit Library timely and accurately.
  • Function as a custodian or cashier as needed.
KPIs
  • Achieve store's sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT/MSP) and manage line wait times.
  • Meet SLA standards for all transactions.
  • Aim for minimal or zero exceptions.
  • Complete all training requirements, including attendance and passing examinations.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Optimize store operations for efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing store team.
Certifications

Certifications in retail management, customer service, or sales techniques are optional but advantageous.
