Customer Experience Representative
Job Description:As a key member of our remote team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier service and sales support that enhances every step of the buyer's journey. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via various channels, recommending products, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and assisting with purchase decisions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, email, and SMS with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
- Recommend products and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with purchase decisions by providing expert advice and guidance.
- Handle questions about orders, shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds with speed and accuracy.
- Deliver a personalized experience that reflects each brand's voice, values, and standards.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with multitasking in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
