We are seeking a skilled professional to support our finance team by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.

About the Role
  • Support cross-functional teams in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information is properly structured.
  • Work closely with team members to make sure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
