We are seeking a seasoned Advertising Campaign Assistant to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multiple advertising campaigns across email and SMS.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with ad-serving platforms, campaign management tools, and creative assets is highly valued.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing advertising campaigns, creative, and ad trafficking systems.
  • Proficiency in ad-serving platforms and campaign management tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for creative assets and push notifications.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A monthly perfect attendance bonus of $25.
  • A performance-based bonus structure.
  • An anniversary bonus of $5,000 at 1 year and $10,000 at 2 years.

We value work-life balance and provide 7 holiday PTO days/year and 6 regular PTO days/year. Our EST hours (graveyard shift) accommodate unique schedules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and managing advertising campaigns across email and SMS.
  • Capturing and sharing screenshots of ad placements for client approval.
  • Supporting client creative requirements and troubleshooting.
  • Verifying ad display functionality and technical compliance before launch.
  • Making basic adjustments to creative assets (e.g., image sizing, edits).
  • Documenting campaign setups with screenshots and proper records.
  • Ensuring campaigns align with brand standards and specifications.
