Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for the setup and monitoring of paid campaigns.

Key tasks include uploading creative assets, ad copy, and tracking changes while monitoring budgets, pacing, and performance on a daily basis.

Additionally, you will prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports, support data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and maintain trackers and campaign documentation.

You will also conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive research, stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates, and assist with testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of digital marketing and PPC principles, be comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and familiar with platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks, are essential for this role.

While performing these tasks, you will need to possess critical thinking skills, analytical mindset, and creativity to come up with innovative solutions to improve campaign performance.

Ultimately, you will play a key part in driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
