Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished SEO marketing specialist to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, and ranking factors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute effective SEO strategies for local audiences in Singapore.
  • Develop on-page and off-page optimisation plans, including internal linking and content structuring.
  • Lead link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to enhance domain authority.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and planning, crafting a strategy that incorporates longer and shorter tail keywords based on pillars such as generic and branded keywords.
  • Analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes and industry trends to maintain effective strategies.
  • Present data-driven recommendations for improvement to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Detailed knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on expertise with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to turn data into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently.
