Job Summary
RCC Recruitment Inc. is seeking an experienced General HR Manager to lead our human resources department, driving business success through strategic talent management and HR excellence.

Responsibilities:

2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment process, develop and implement talent management strategies, and oversee employee onboarding and offboarding.
