Virtual Education Assistant

This role is fully remote, and exceptional English communication skills are required. A recorded self-interview is a prerequisite for applying.

A Bachelor's Degree is required; 2-3 years of progressive career growth is preferred.

Experience working in virtual operations and team environments is necessary.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • The Virtual Education Assistant plays a vital part in our success by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.
  • Actively support regional operations with exceptional academic services to students and their families.
  • Operate seamlessly in a virtual environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Maintain operating standards, including people, financial, and academic standards.
  • Ensure the delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.
  • Meet operational excellence standards by effectively managing class schedules and resources.
  • Provide virtual administrative support to regional operations, answering phones, managing business data, and creating/maintaining schedules with students and teachers.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions, monitoring student progress, and ensuring smooth program execution.
  • Requirements:
  • Prioritize key objectives and adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in education or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.
