Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Services Coordinator to support our clients' financial needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The Financial Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in scaling our CFO services, capital calls, and distributions, as well as providing audit/tax support and quarterly/annual financial reporting.

You will also be responsible for enhancing transparency for founders, VCs, and LPs by utilizing our tools and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capital call and distribution coordination
  • Audit and tax support
  • Pre- and post-close services
  • Quarterly and annual financial reporting
  • Limited partner communications
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 0-1 year of professional accounting experience
  • 0-1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience
  • Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Multitasking abilities to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, and Fund Administration
