We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at Travellers International Hotel Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience at all times.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of front desk or receptionist experience and at least two to three years of leadership experience in a hotel or similar field. A college graduate with a degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical proficiency in hotel PMS systems, and operational knowledge of guest service, housekeeping, and food and beverage functions.
This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members, maintain confidentiality, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
