Job Overview

The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily property operations, including tenant relations, lease management, financial management, marketing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, schedule appointments, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee lease management, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle financial transactions, collect rent, manage accounts payable/receivable, and process invoices.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

  • Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
Requirements:

  • Experience in financial management, including rent collection, invoicing, and managing property transactions.
  • Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
  • Knowledgeable in U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Proficient in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll for maintenance technicians.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with experience using property management software and virtual tools.
