Real Estate Operations Manager

The Property Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily property operations, including tenant relations, lease management, financial management, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tenant relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, schedule appointments, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee lease management, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle financial transactions, collect rent, manage accounts payable/receivable, and process invoices.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Stay up-to-date with U.S. laws and regulations related to property management and ensure compliance.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to handle tenant inquiries, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure lease compliance.
- Experience in financial management, including rent collection, invoicing, and managing property transactions.
- Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Knowledgeable in U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Proficient in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll for maintenance technicians.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with experience using property management software and virtual tools.
