Key Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This includes acting as the main point of contact, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing them with tailored financing solutions.

Additional responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth product and service delivery to clients.

You will also need to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.

Client Satisfaction

Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients is crucial in this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is useful.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry, is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is vital.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • A network and connections within the business community would be beneficial.
