Customer Service Representatives are key contributors to our team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. Their responsibilities include providing top-notch support via phone calls, emails, and chats.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. They should be able to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and support customers by handling phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • Achieve sales goals and contact center metrics.
  • Contribute to the team's achievement of service metrics and all contact center goals.
  • Manage calls professionally, timely, and appropriately.
  • Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Recognize and refer proactive sales opportunities to management when applicable.
  • Follow up on product backorders and order management.
  • Analyze customer needs to configure components for basic to complex solutions.
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to inform them about company initiatives.
  • Advise customers on product options, add-ons, and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and consultants, ensuring satisfaction and perpetuating a best-in-class reputation.
  • Provide price and availability information within defined guidelines.
  • Submit, track, and escalate quotes/orders from customers.
  • Resolve and route credit-related issues.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Firm education or training required, such as degrees or certification.
  • Associate's/Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Contact center professionals with effective telephone, chat, email techniques, and customer care skills.
