As a Brand Manager at JOB MATCHMAKER, you'll play a vital role in driving our brand's growth and expansion through strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion, product mix, and advertising.
This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market positioning and achieve business objectives, including setting and executing brand planning calendars, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
Cross-departmental collaboration is essential in this position, coordinating with various departments to align brand initiatives, including MPCD, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing, eCommerce, and Franchise Management.
The Brand Manager will direct resources effectively to support brand objectives and initiatives, while also establishing and achieving sales, profitability, and cost control budgets and targets for the brand.
Market analysis and reporting are critical components of this role, analyzing market trends, customer spending, preferences, and merchandising mix to drive product development and marketing innovation.
The Brand Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the brand image and customer experience across all online and offline touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand look and feel to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of sustained brand engagement strategies through various channels, including social media, influencers, key opinion leaders, partnerships, and advertising.
Furthermore, the Brand Manager will identify and recommend opportunities for brand and store expansions into new areas and territories, implementing expansion strategies to drive brand growth and market penetration.
To succeed in this position, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the retail apparel and fashion industry.
A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business growth is essential, along with strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are also required, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
