Leading External Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to lead external audits of not-for-profit organizations and trust accounts under relevant Australian legislation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, fieldwork, reporting, delivering audit opinions, management letters, and recommendations aligned with Australian Auditing Standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning and conducting external audits of NFPs and trust accounts.
- Delivering audit opinions, management letters, and recommendations.
- Advising on internal controls, risk management, and technical accounting issues.
- Minimum five years' experience in external audits, including NFP and trust accounts.
- Proficient with audit software (e.g., CaseWare), advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards, AASB frameworks, and NFP compliance.
- Experience testing controls over payroll, procurement, revenue recognition, and grant acquittals.
- Excellent English communication skills for reports, client liaison, and presentations.
