Job Description

As a senior sales leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our bancassurance business. Your primary objective will be to support and enable our bancassurance channels and insurance partners to execute our overall strategy, achieving key business goals.

Your responsibilities will include acting as a relationship manager for our bancassurance channels, partners, branches, subsidiaries/affiliates, vendors, and various units. You will also function as program champion for all insurance referral and cross-sell initiatives of AXA/CHARTER/OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES to our customer base.

You will coordinate between our bancassurance and related channels and insurance partners to ensure that all sales and back-office processes and procedures are adhered to by relevant units.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree from a college/university, preferably a graduate of a Marketing or Business course. Some units in MBA, a masteral degree program, or Insurance licenses preferred.
  • Has at least 15 years' experience in Bancassurance, Banking and/or Insurance, program management, relationship management, strategic partnerships, sales leadership and with expertise in General Insurance
  • Has at least 10 years equivalent experience leading a sales team with success in coaching others to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Strong working knowledge in all MS Office applications, focusing on Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Highly driven and flexible with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions, demanding targets and navigating through complex organization structures.
