Job Overview

A Senior Webflow Developer and Design expert is sought after to create visually striking, fast, and responsive web pages from designs or briefs.

  • The successful candidate will lead the development of web pages in Webflow, ensuring high standards of visual polish, UX detail, and execution speed.
  • Complex integrations with third-party tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, scheduling platforms, etc. are also a key responsibility.
  • Advanced forms, event tracking, automation logic, and performance optimizations will be implemented by the selected individual.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience building high-quality, custom Webflow sites.
  • A strong portfolio featuring complex integrations, interactive elements, and polished animations is required.
  • Deep familiarity with Webflow CMS structure, custom embeds, and developer-mode workflows is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and fast turnaround times are expected - you're proactive, not reactive.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SEO best practices + AI is desirable.
