Job Title: Website Designer (WordPress & Webflow)

About the Role

We're looking for a website designer with a sharp eye, clean build habits, and a passion for doing things properly. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you'll work on a handful of high-quality projects each month across industries like childcare, accounting, ecommerce, health and trades alongside our small team.

You'll collaborate closely with our Director and creative lead to bring websites to life from layout to launch. We work mainly in WordPress (Elementor) but sometimes with webflow, and we care deeply about both performance and polish. If you're someone who wants to push past generic designs and build sites that stand out - this might be for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with our team of 3 on the direction, layout, and flow of each site
  • Building modern, responsive websites in WordPress (Elementor) and Webflow
  • Translating client goals and wireframes into clean, conversion-driven front-end builds
  • Ensuring each website is mobile-first, fast-loading, and easy to manage post-launch
  • Implementing design updates, content, and SEO recommendations from our team
  • Working on 3-6 websites per month with attention to detail and speed
  • Adapting to fast-moving timelines and varied industries with confidence

Who We're Looking For

You're not here to pump out template sites. You want to create custom layouts, try new ideas, and work closely with a tight-knit team that values quality and creative freedom.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are confident building websites in both WordPress (Elementor) and Webflow
  • Have experience with responsive, mobile-first design best practices
  • Understand layout, spacing, and typography and know how to make things look and feel sharp
  • Are comfortable following and contributing to creative direction
  • Can take feedback, revise quickly, and manage your own workflow
  • Love experimenting with new features and build techniques
  • Have strong communication and availability during work hours
