**Job Title:** Senior Web Designer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative senior web designer to lead our in-house design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving various websites and landing pages.

As a senior web designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, illustrators, and copywriters to develop a cohesive online presence. You will elevate existing branding while adhering to overall brand identity.

Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain multiple websites and landing pages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • At least six years of experience in a design environment
  • In-depth understanding of design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Webflow
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of coding languages, particularly CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5
  • Understanding of Blockchain technology and Web3 concepts
  • Experience with animation software like Rive and Maxon C4D
