We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and client communication support in our Criminal Defense and Litigation practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients prior to court appearances to gather updates and provide reminders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between attorneys and clients, ensuring clear and timely updates.
  • Draft and distribute client letters, maintaining regular client interactions.
  • Explain case processes and legal updates in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Utilize phone systems and AI transcription tools for call documentation and case updates.
  • Manage appointments, calendars, and court dates to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Update and manage client records using client management systems.
  • Follow up on billing, retainer fees, and accounts receivable with clients.
  • Handle conflict notifications and maintain accurate records of court appearances.
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with phone systems and client management systems is required.
  • Ability to manage calendars, court dates, and appointments with accuracy.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
