Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional customer service via phone, email, or chat support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to address customer inquiries and resolve complaints regarding products and services.
  • Consult with customers to gather accurate information, empathize, and offer solutions.
  • Perform issue tracking, prioritization, documentation, and resolution.
  • Ensure proper escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.
Key Qualifications:
  • Curious and authentic mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience (email, phone, or chat support).
  • Previous SaaS product support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Effective phone contact handling skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of Intercom CRM is a plus.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new technology, systems, and applications.
  • Open-mindedness and ability to accept feedback.
  • Intermediate understanding of Customer Experience best practices.
