Senior UX/UI Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences that drive business results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to take on a senior role and lead projects from concept to delivery. You will work closely with our creative leads and project managers to deliver high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement user-centered design strategies that align with project goals and client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance your skills and expertise.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a reputable creative agency, technology company, or in-house design team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of user-centric design projects, such as website design, app design, interactive media, etc.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, CSS.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability testing, user research methods, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
