Marketing Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our end-to-end marketing operations.

This role carries full leadership over all marketing functions, responsible for developing strategies that build brand equity, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.

  • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight across all marketing functions
  • Design and implement integrated campaigns to strengthen market presence and sales performance
  • Lead resource allocation and performance tracking for multi-channel initiatives
  • Guide and mentor marketing managers and teams, fostering innovation and accountability
  • Safeguard brand integrity and ensure consistent messaging across platforms and touchpoints
  • Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform strategy and execution

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline; postgraduate studies advantageous
  • At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in managing diverse marketing disciplines under one structure
  • Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and integrated communications
  • Proven ability to translate insights and data into actionable growth strategies
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
