Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Network Expansion Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in expanding our mental health service provider network in Asia.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting and onboarding qualified mental health professionals to offer ad hoc psychological support to clients
  • Assessing clients' needs and matching them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database
  • Maintaining accurate applicant information in our systems
  • Responding promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times
  • Distributing provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
  • Reviewing provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
  • Upholding strict confidentiality of clients' information
  • Effectively communicating provider information to hiring managers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience with recruiting non-local candidates
  • Experience in database management of candidates
  • Experience working in a growing startup environment
