Quantitative Project Manager

Description:

The Quantitative Project Manager is a key role in managing quantitative market research projects from start to finish.

  • This individual will be responsible for client communication, project setup, survey links and redirects, sample preparation, quality checks, and respondent inquiries.
  • They will work closely with various teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables, as well as monitor productivity and quality of data collection.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will partner with sales and operations staff to address issues and make recommendations to improve performance on research studies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly solve problems as they present, as well as proactively identify and resolve potential issues to avoid escalation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, profit, etc.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies/software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real-time.

International online market research experience, specifically focused on healthcare, survey recruitment, and collaboration with all teams involved in the project, is an advantage. Qualitative project management experience is also beneficial.
