About the Opportunity

This role involves providing critical backend support to private label sellers, ensuring their businesses operate efficiently. Key responsibilities include product analysis, inventory management, customer engagement, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends.
  • Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases.
  • Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders.
  • Research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance.
  • Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers (e.g., China, Alibaba, DH Gate, AliExpress).
  • Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements.
  • Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained.
  • Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health.
  • Help maintain a healthy account and grow the business.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Preferably w/ Amazon experience (background in Logistics & Supplier Management)
  • With a background in Finance is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is required).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Available for full-time work.
