Product Optimization Specialist

This role focuses on maintaining product listings and inventory across Shopify to drive day-to-day success.

  • Review and refine product descriptions for clarity and conversion, ensuring consistency throughout all Shopify listings.
  • Regularly inspect the website to identify and rectify errors or outdated information, upholding accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues, contributing to seamless customer experiences.
  • Engage with customers by responding to reviews posted on Shopify, fostering brand trust and loyalty.
  • Update visual content as needed, including website banners, landing pages, and product images, to maintain a polished online presence.
  • Collaborate with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place orders, and track fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Shopify and relevant tools is essential.
  • High organizational skills and self-motivation are required, along with excellent time management abilities.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.
