Procurement Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Operations Director in designing and running a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with procurement models, data visualization, and stakeholder communication. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reconciling variances daily, and escalating delays when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of key supply chain nodes
  • Reconcile variances daily to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions
  • Escalate delays as needed to prevent operational disruptions
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, PivotTable, and PowerQuery
  • Experience with asynchronous communication platforms, such as Teams or Slack
  • Proficiency in cloud-based business phone systems
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
