Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Career opportunities abound in our dynamic organization. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a customer service representative.

This is a high-volume position that requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. As a customer service representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including email, chat, phone, text, and social media.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work collaboratively with our team members to provide memorable service interactions. You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build a strong understanding of our products, procedures, and resolutions.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, be compassionate, detail-oriented, friendly, open-minded, and eager to help people. They will also be able to learn and adapt to changing software, adhere to a set schedule, and be productive independently.

In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate will have experience working in a contact center environment, preferably in a French bilingual role. They will also have strong language proficiency in both French and English (B2 level) and be familiar with CRM systems and practices. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 12+ months of contact center experience (must be within the last 2 years)
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English
  • Language proficiency: B2
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Preferably with experience working remotely

Additional Requirements:

Must have a quiet workspace with no interruptions or overheard conversations. All agents must have a working camera to be used during training sessions and 1:1 conversations. Agents must also have a working headset with a microphone.

Availability:

Full-time positions available. Open availability preferred, may include weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. HQ is in Columbus, Ohio.
