This role is centered around achieving loan volume objectives while maintaining profitability, sound creditworthiness, and excellent customer service.
- Identify and acquire microfinance loan accounts to meet business requirements.
- Analyze applicants' qualifications to assess the feasibility of granting loans.
- Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure high-quality credits.
- Coordinate with relevant personnel to process and serve loan applications and clients.
- Maintain adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve volume targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Review and update customer loan files to ensure completeness for credit processing and loan booking.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
To excel in this position:
- Bachelor's degree holder from any field.
- Possesses strong selling, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic mathematical knowledge is a requirement.
- High integrity is essential.
- Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is advantageous.
- Ability to drive a motorcycle is preferred.
