Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination: Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising channels. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule pre-approved posts across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to optimise content strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as website traffic, email engagement, and lead generation. Create dashboards and summaries to present insights to the Marketing Director.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline events, including trade shows, client events, webinars, and product launches. Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and event-related marketing activities.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate data tracking and lead nurturing. Provide administrative support, including organising meetings and handling inquiries.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems, preferably WordPress.
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
