Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to own and run our site outreach campaigns. This is a critical role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech. They will be able to understand how doctors work, how referrals happen, and how to filter them. Additionally, they will be systems-driven, building playbooks, workflows, and logic trees to improve efficiency and accuracy.

This role involves designing and executing doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation, researching and filtering doctors using various tools, and building targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic. The successful candidate will also manage outreach coordinators, assign work, check quality, and coach improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech
  • Strong understanding of how doctors work, including specialties, referrals, and care delivery
  • Ability to build playbooks, workflows, and logic trees to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write persuasive outreach copy
  • Comfortable using Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, Google Sheets, and lightweight CRMs
