Site Reliability Engineering Manager

This is a senior role for a Site Reliability Engineer who can lead a high-performing team to achieve business goals through the delivery of high-quality software services. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing devops teams, infrastructure as code, and cloud topologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily agile devops practices to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Represent the Information Systems team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Organize, coordinate, and drive internal projects to meet service level agreements.
  • Mentor engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and measure team health indicators to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in software delivery using infrastructure as code.
  • Experience in managing devops teams for SAAS or similar offerings.
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality.
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems.
