We are looking for a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and contribute to the success of our clients.

The role will involve coordinating projects within our client portal, developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans, communicating with team members to complete projects and address client requests, engaging with clients and prospects daily through various channels, identifying and implementing system improvements and standard operating procedures, contributing to team culture and overall success, prospecting and contacting potential customers, conducting quality control for deliverables, creating websites for property listings or projects, and preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of proven experience in a project management role or similar position, excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM systems, exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, ability to work on a graveyard shift, familiarity with tools like Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent platforms, experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms, knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar), and tech-savvy with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.
