UX Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled UX Project Coordinator to oversee the coordination of UX tasks internally and with clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for communicating UX projects, converting project conversations into relevant tasks, keeping clients updated on progress, and ensuring design requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate UX project details internally and with clients.
  • Convert project conversations into actionable tasks.
  • Keep clients informed about task schedules and progress updates.
  • Coordinate internal and client Figma files.
  • Ensure that design requirements are met and approved by the design lead.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on exciting and challenging UI/UX projects while working remotely. If you have experience in managing or coordinating web or mobile projects, a general understanding of UI/UX Design, software development process, strong communication skills, and proficiency in using Figma and ClickUp, we encourage you to apply.
