Job Title: Design Manager

We are seeking a skilled and creative Design Manager to lead our seasonal product development.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop fashion accessories, lifestyle shoes, bags or women's clothing.
  • Create technical drawings, mood boards and design specifications for vendor and production execution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal production teams to ensure product feasibility, quality and timely delivery.
  • Align all design outputs with the brand identity and target customer profiles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design or related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in fashion or accessory design.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, product sketching and trend forecasting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
