Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive successful campaigns. This role involves strategic thinking, project coordination, and relationship management to deliver measurable results and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and industry.
  • Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations to address client concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships.
Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage campaigns, setting timelines, managing expectations, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Align campaign execution with client needs to drive success.
Account Growth and Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, supporting contract renewals and proposing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with sales for proposals to drive business growth.
Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights, reviewing KPIs with clients and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Industry Awareness:
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, bringing innovative ideas to client strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with CRM or project management software familiarity a plus.
