We're Hiring: Junior Brand Manager – TNT Activations

Are you passionate about driving brand growth and connecting with communities? Join our dynamic Brand Team at TNT and help us expand our reach across key markets

Location: 3/F RAMON COJUANGCO BLDG., MAKATI AVE., MAKATI CITY, NCR

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Sales, DBU, TMD, and cross-functional teams to design and execute activation programs in:
  • New site rollouts
  • 5G/5G SA rollouts
  • Attack provinces
  • GIDA locations
  • Lead initiatives to transition subscribers from 3G to LTE/5G through SIM and phone upgrades (including TNT Panalo Phone).
  • Develop go-to-market strategies targeting priority consumer segments relevant to TNT.

  • Drive market share growth in strategic locations
  • Contribute to subscriber base expansion aligned with 2025 goals

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably from UP, ADMU, DLSU, UST, UA&P
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Tech preferred
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG, digital solutions, eBanking, or eCommerce
  • Strong Excel and project management skills are a plus
