The role of the Senior Marketing Analyst, B2B involves auditing current and prospective clients' marketing initiatives and creating integrated marketing strategies across various channels, with a focus on social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.

  • Auditing current and prospective clients' marketing programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Crafting data-driven marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Determining budget allocations by channel, medium, objective, and stage.
  • Ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and overall business strategy.
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Forecasting and pressure-testing projections to ensure alignment with budgets and business objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing cross-channel marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.
  • Experience working with large sets of campaigns and/or clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
  • Familiarity with the broader marketing and media buying landscape.
  • Familiarity with earned media channels.
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index.
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack.
