About the Role:

We're seeking a forward-thinking Senior Business Analyst to support our newly created regionalised structure. This is not a traditional reporting role: the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines, prototype decision-support systems, and lead the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

This role requires experience in data analysis, presentation, and storytelling. You will work on problems that were previously underserved by traditional analytics and help define the frameworks that power executive decision-making.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of analytics, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and prioritise long-term value over short-term output.
