As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Manpower Core Group Inc., you will play a key role in delivering Salesforce Administration solutions to clients with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in requirements gathering with clients to understand their business processes and strategies as it relates to Salesforce.com.
  • Analyze and review business functional and technical requirements to design and configure Salesforce solutions.
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and customize Salesforce modules to meet their specific requirements.
  • Research and evaluate existing applications and/or customized solutions for internal or client-facing projects.
  • Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions to customers independently or with a team.
Requirements
  • Technical Proficiency in Salesforce clouds: Sales and Experience Cloud.
  • Configuration and customization knowledge, integration proficiency, Apex/Visualforce proficiency, LWCs, Flows, role and field-based security, and deployment best practices.
  • Business support skills, including creative problem-solving, documentation, and requirement gathering.
  • Project support and leadership skills, including planning, understanding the project life cycle, and good communication skills with the project team and client.
  • Agile methodology and hybrid project management experience.
