IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their technology needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Job Description:

The IT Helpdesk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via phone, email, and on-site visits. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
