Job Overview

As a creative strategist in the Performance Business Unit, you will help brands show up in the right place at the right time with data-driven campaigns.

Developing performance-focused creative direction for paid media clients involves analyzing ad metrics and translating them into actionable briefs. You will work closely with designers, editors, and content creators to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring assets are optimized for each platform and aligned with performance goals.

You will explore and implement AI tools within the creative strategy workflow, testing new platforms, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting the team in integrating tools that improve efficiency and elevate creative output.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g., Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing)
  • Strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A blend of strategic thinking and creative instincts
