Seeking a seasoned Credentialing Specialist to handle the credentialing needs of our clients. Key responsibilities include collecting required documentation, assisting providers with payer forms, and maintaining accurate client information in an online database.

Credentialing Work:

  • Collect accreditation, membership, and facility privileges documents (e.g., License, NPI letter).
  • Assist providers with completing payer forms and ensure compliance with expectations.
  • Respond to provider inquiries about credentialing progress.
  • Alert clients to new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements.

Implementation of Automated Workflow Management System:

  • Provide requirements to software developers.
  • Review system implementation.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in US-based Credentialing process.
  2. Familiarity with the US medical insurance industry.
  3. Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  5. Credentialing certification is required.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift.
  2. Good internet access at home.
  3. Mobile Hotspot.
  4. Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB.
