Key Data Insights Specialist

We seek a seasoned data analyst to deliver actionable insights and drive business growth through the application of advanced analytics.

  • Develop predictive models and lead the development of analytical solutions to uncover user behaviors and content trends
  • Maintain scalable data pipelines, reporting tools, and dashboards to inform key decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven strategies and optimize content performance
  • Advise on A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to maximize impact
  • Ensure data warehouse integrity and contribute to its architecture
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in data science or analytics, with expertise in machine learning, statistics, and data manipulation
  • Experience in a leadership or team lead role, driving data-driven initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Tableau
  • Skilled in ETL pipelines, data warehousing concepts, and Jupyter Notebooks
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex insights effectively
  • Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Math, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, Vertex AI, Google Colab, Looker Studio, Analytics 360, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Manager
  • Knowledge of Apache Airflow and Databricks
  • Experience with data modeling and database design, including partitioning strategies for large tables
  • Understanding of GCP security, monitoring, and maintenance best practices
