Procurement Analytics Team Lead Position

This role oversees analytics in the procurement function, specifically spend management, planning, sourcing, supplier performance, and source-to-pay efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data sets and algorithms for rapid generation of accurate procurement reports on demand.
  • Analyze procurement data, highlighting trends, potential risks, and opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve procurement's data reliability and operational efficiency across the source-to-pay lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and recommend digital platforms to support the finance digital roadmap.
  • Monitor and create data analytics for supplier performance, spend, and savings.
  • Track and analyze fuel price trends.
  • Generate purchase orders for fuel and lubricants based on departmental requirements.
  • Compile fuel and lubricant invoices and submit fuel data summaries.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • At least two years of experience in data analytics, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SQL or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
