AI Automation Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an AI Automation Engineer.

This role will focus on automating manual services by designing and implementing agent-driven workflows. You will work closely with our CTO to identify pain points, rank ROI, and define success metrics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and shipping SaaS products, production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Pairing with the CTO to mine pain points, rank ROI, and define success metrics
  • Shipping AI-first utilities or embedding them into existing products; measuring impact
  • Debugging front-end, back-end, and infra when agents misbehave
  • Safeguarding sensitive data; zero tolerance for security regressions
  • Tracking and testing bleeding-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs

  • Self-directed and relentless on the AI learning curve
